Wedding Guest - Jewellery

Wedding season is well and truly upon us!! I love a wedding, absolutely love them. They are so full of love and celebration!

I do stress occasionally though about attending a wedding, around what I am going to wear and sort of stripping myself back and channeling a more classic side of myself. Which is ridiculous, I am aware of how ridiculous this is. Especially as I am so preachy about really expressing yourself and showing your true self at every chance you get! I’m not sure why I get so in my head about it - I think it’s because I know how much money people spend on their big day and so try to sort of blend in and fit the classic wedding vibe. Again.. ridiculous!

I am getting married this year and have come to realise that I could not care less what anyone wears to our wedding. We have invited people that we love and we love them for exactly who they are so just want them to wear exactly what they want and feel comfortable and fabulous. Whether that be classic wedding vibe or punky or completely outrageous!

Jewellery is the best way to accessorise when going to a wedding, we all know you can completely change an outfit by adding some silver or gold! Personally for me, more is more.

I did a poll on my instagram stories yesterday to get an insight in to you guys and your thoughts on dressing for a wedding.

39% of you said you go for a more classic wedding look, 61% of you said you wear whatever you want.

Which is super cool and I love you all even more for it!

Life is far too short to not wear what you want, to not wear the jewellery, to not be completely and utterly yourselvessssss.
