Returns & Refunds

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and offer a refund if the item is returned within 28 days from you receiving your order. You will have to pay for the return of your order back to us. For any questions in regards to returns, refunds & exchanges, please email hello@oblitus.co.uk and reference your original order number and we will be in contact with you as to your options.

Please make sure you return the item in perfect condition with no signs of it being worn.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, and your item is returned in good condition without any signs of wear, we are able to offer an exchange for the amount paid on the original order. Please email hello@oblitus.co.uk and reference your original order number and we will be in contact with you as to your options.

Resizes/Adjustments

We do offer your first resize on any purchases through the website for free - any additional resizing will have to be paid for. You will have to pay for postage to get the item back to us and then we will cover the postage back to you once resizes/adjustments have been made.
